With decades of experience in writing, presenting, and a life rich in diverse roles—from check-out chick to tour guide, patchwork teacher to bookkeeper—I bring a wealth of experience to every ceremony I craft. But it’s not just about words—it’s about you.

Beyond ceremonies, I’m a lover of all things creative and self-sufficient. I make all my own clothes using upcycled fabrics, play the clarinet, and have a passion for cooking from scratch, including preserving our backyard harvest. I’m also deeply into theatre, true crime (as an observer, of course!), history, genealogy, and the genius that is Hannah Gadsby. But don’t expect my house to be tidy—I’ve been failing housework 101 for half a century.
